What we do with what you send us.

The quote form

When you request a quote we receive the details you type in (your name, contact details, where the job is and what it involves) and any photos you attach. They are emailed to Renu so we can reply. We use them to answer your request and, if you go ahead, to do the work. We don’t sell them or use them for marketing lists.

Photos

Photos you attach are uploaded to secure file storage so we can view them. Your browser shrinks each photo before sending it, which also removes the hidden location and camera data phones embed in images. Photos are kept only as long as needed to deal with your request.

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no cookies and runs no advertising trackers.
